Big News at Peaceful Kneads!

We’ve got some exciting updates for you this month! Whether you’ve been waiting for a familiar face or looking to try something new, we’ve got options to help you feel your best.

  Katie is Back!

Katie has returned from medical leave and is already booking up! She specializes in Deep Relaxation & Hot Stone Massage, perfect for those looking to de-stress and unwind. If you’ve been missing her sessions, now’s the time to grab an appointment before her calendar fills up.

  Welcome Pua to the Team!

We’re thrilled to introduce our newest therapist, Pua! Her approach blends Thai Massage, Lomi Lomi, Cupping, Swedish, and Deep Tissue techniques to create an invigorating, deeply effective session. Pua’s work incorporates limb movement and focused pressure to release deep muscle tension and improve mobility.

She’ll be offering weekday evening and Saturday morning appointments—perfect for those who need flexible scheduling! Keep an eye out for a more in-depth bio coming soon.

Use HSA/FSA for Massage Therapy!

Did you know your HSA/FSA can cover your massage sessions? Many of our clients use these pre-tax funds for pain relief, injury recovery, and stress management— just check with your provider to confirm eligibility!

✏️ • Need documentation for insurance? If your insurance plan covers massage therapy, we also offer Superbilling—a detailed receipt you can submit for potential reimbursement.

📞 • Have questions? Reply to this email or call/text us to learn more about using your benefits!

Self-Care Tip of the Month:
Movement Matters

Did you know research shows that regular massage combined with movement can improve flexibility, boost circulation, prevent recurring tension patterns, and reduce chronic pain?

Your body thrives on movement. Massage helps keep things running smoothly—kind of like an oil change, but for you.

If you’re feeling stiff or dealing with muscle tension, adding gentle stretching or mobility exercises between massage sessions can support
long-term musculoskeletal health
and keep your body feeling its best.

Or, you can dramatically stretch once, pretend you’re starring in a yoga ad, and move on with your day—just like this guy. No judgment.

A Quick Reminder: Our updated pricing is now in effect as of March 1st.
We appreciate your continued support and are committed to continuing to provide expert care and exceptional service.
Thank you for being part of Peaceful Kneads!
