Deep Rest Massage is designed to deliver profound relaxation by combining the therapeutic benefits of heated stones with soothing Swedish Massage techniques. This is traditionally a full body massage but can be customized to focus on areas of your body holding onto stress and tension. Experience the calming effects of this treatment and leave feeling deeply rested and rejuvenated.

Deep Tissue Massage is designed to target deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, making it ideal for addressing chronic pain, tension, and specific problem areas. We focus on breaking down adhesions and releasing deep-seated muscle tension, offering a powerful solution to help you feel your best. This is typically a full body treatment, but can be customized to focus on areas of the body you prefer.

This massage targets specific musculoskeletal issues to support healing. Rather than a full-body approach, it uses advanced techniques—like structural realignment, myofascial release, joint mobilization, and skeletal adjustments—to address key concerns. In your first appointment, Courtney will conduct a comprehensive assessment and focused treatment, explain findings to enhance your understanding, and create a customized Treatment Plan. She’ll recommend follow-up treatments with herself or other therapists to best support your wellness goals. Our collaborative, integrative care truly sets us apart in the community.
